Unfortunately, when we checked in, our reservation was cancelled. I had to reach out to Cheska to investigate what had happened. She responded right away and contacted Expedia. After 10-15 of waiting, the situation was clarified and we were able to check in. Cheska did her best to accommodate our request to book our stay here. It was not her fault, Expedia had cancelled the reservation on their end. However, Cheska immediately remedied the situation and we were satisfied with her
